Returns & Refunds Policy

Because all of our products are digital software licenses, delivery is instant and the license is activated immediately after purchase. For this reason, returns work differently than physical goods.

Digital Product Policy

Once a license key and download link have been delivered, the product is considered used and non-returnable. Microsoft licenses cannot be revoked, transferred, or resold after activation.

However, we fully stand behind what we sell.

When You Are Eligible for a Refund or Replacement

You may qualify for a refund or replacement if:

  • The license key provided is invalid
  • The license cannot be activated
  • The product delivered does not match what you purchased
  • A technical error prevents successful activation

In these cases, we will either:

Provide a new working license, or Issue a full refund

What Is Not Refundable

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Incompatible system or incorrect product selection
  • Activation on the wrong device
  • Formatting, reinstalling, or hardware changes after activation
  • Failure to follow installation instructions
